Belvoir Hunt Supporters Club are holding their annual clay shoot to raise funds for the hunt. The shoot will take place at Gorse Lane Silk Willoughby, Nr Sleaford. The shoot will be a 40 bird sporting and there will also be a 40 bird team flush (team of 2). Entry fee is £10 for each.

Sleaford Small-bore Rifle Club will be holding an open night as part of the BSSC National Shooting Week. The open night is open to anyone who wishes to find out more about small bore target shooting. No previous knowledge or experience is required and all equipment is provided. This is a great opportunity to get involved in target rifle shooting, anything from weekly practice to national competitions. The club meets at Stephens Lane, Westgate, Sleaford. Why not give it a try, it starts at 19:30 hrs?

The 6th Annual Big Bore Shoot will be held at Lincolnshire Shooting Ground, Chalk Lane, Sutton Bridge, Spalding Lincs PE12 9YF at 09:30 hrs for 10:00 hrs start on Saturday 15th August 2009. The event, organized by Eric Robinson, is the only one of its kind in Europe and sees the annual gathering of wildfowlers and interested parties with big bore wildfowling guns, the owners of which are more than happy to let you have a go. There will also be a 25 bird sporting competition for normal gun users and a BBQ. This is a fun day and newcomers are welcome to come and have a go.

Shooting Lincs... will be holding a Taste of Game Dinner at the Old Ship Inn, Pointon on Thursday 26th November 2009 in support of the BASC Game's On campaign. The evening will consist of a three course dinner with coffee, a free whisky draw, a 50/50 draw and a raffle. This event has been very popular in the past, so book early to avoid disappointment.
