Shooting Lincs is proud to organize
a 50 bird re-entry clay shoot to raise funds for the 'Help for Heroes'
charity. This charity was set up by Bryn Parry to support injured
servicemen and women on their return from operations and their families.
The clay shoot will take place at Grange Farm, Wittering (behind RAF
Wittering) at 09:30 hrs and will include prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
placed Guns as well as High Lady Gun and High Junior Gun (under 18 yrs).
The cost of the round is £18 with a re-entry fee of £12. A quality
raffle will also be held to raise additional funds. Please see the
information poster and entry form opposite and call for further
information if necessary.

The 5th Annual Big Bore Shoot
will be held at Lincolnshire Shooting Ground, Chalk Lane, Sutton Bridge,
Spalding Lincs PE12 9YF at 10:00 hrs on Saturday 9th August 2008. The
event, organized by Eric Robinson, is the only one of its kind in Europe
and sees the annual gathering of wildfowlers and interested parties with
big bore wildfowling guns, the owners of which are more than happy to let
you have a go. There will also be a 25 bird sporting competition for
normal gun users and a BBQ, to round the afternoon off there will also be
a duck and goose calling competition. This is a fun day and newcomers are
welcome to come and have a go.

The
Belvoir Hunt Supporters Club are holding a Clay Shoot to raise funds for
the Hunt. The Clay Shoot is to be held at Silk Willoughby, South of
Sleaford, off the A15. The event will comprise of a 40 bird sporting round
and a 40 bird team flush (teams of two). Start time 12:00 hrs. For

The
Sleaford Small Bore Rifle Club (SSBRC) will be holding an open evening
from 19:30 hrs to 21:00 hrs and will be offering visitors a free trial
shoot using air rifles. SSBRC is an indoor 25 m range located in Sleaford
town centre. If you have never shot before and would like to try or are a
regular shooter but have never visited the club before, now is your
chance.
